Diffuse reflection material(Plastic Reflector)- laser pump cavity: Laser diode focusing cavity is a kind of new product, which is a pump cavity developed for the development of semiconductor lasers.

1. The material of the cavity is PTFE suspension resin. After modification, it can not only be machined into various required shapes, but also has a small specific gravity (1.2g/cm3), good toughness and high strength

2. The modified PTFE suspension resin has a high reflectivity of more than 98%, good diffusion characteristics and good spectral stability, so the coupling efficiency of its cavity is high and not easy to change

3. Physical properties: The average density of the modified PTFE suspension resin is about 1.5, the refractive index is 1.37, the appearance is white powder, waxy and non-hydrophilic, smooth and non-sticky, the particle size is less than 50 microns, and the processed products are processed by a combination of cold pressing and sintering

4. Chemical properties: The modified PTFE suspension resin is extremely resistant to chemical corrosion. Except for metallic sodium and fluorine, other strong alkalis, strong acids, oils and organic solvents have no effect on it. It is resistant to aqua regia and is known as the "King of Plastics"

5. Lifespan: PTFE suspension resin has excellent weather resistance. According to literature reports, after 6 years of outdoor exposure to a 0.1mm thick PTFE membrane, its appearance and mechanical properties have no significant changes. It is expected that the effective service life of the PTFE laser diode pump cavity should be more than 10 years under normal use

6. Heat resistance: PTFE suspension resin has no molten state, the crystallization transition temperature is 3270°C, the decomposition temperature is greater than 4000°C, and the maximum continuous use temperature is 2600°C, so the laser diode pump cavity will not be damaged by temperature

7. Good electrical insulation: F4, as an electrical insulation material, is widely used in occasions that require good high-frequency characteristics and high resistance to heat, cold, water, corrosive media, and aging
