LSAT substrate

LSAT(La,Sr)(Al,Ta)03 is a new twin-free perovskite crystal. LSAT has a perfect match with high-temperature superconductors and various oxide materials. LSAT has a low melting point and is grown by the pulling method, which is relatively low in cost. Therefore, it is expected to replace LaAlO3/SrTi03 as an epitaxial oxide thin film single crystal substrate and be widely used in giant magnetoelectric and superconducting devices.
