Applications: 4x25G PD Array in optical fiber communication

Product features: The 1x4 array 25Gbps (100Gbps) photodiode chip is a high speed PIN photodiode with front light input, and the incident photosensitive surface is 20μm in diameter.The products are GSG and GS structure, with low dark current, low capacitance and high responsivity. Single channel data rate supports higher than 25Gbps(NRZ signal). It is mainly used with 4x25Gbps TIA for long distance, high speed and  single mode 4x25Gbps optical receivers.
