The new-type two-end cut-off concentrating cavity glass is used in the laser of the laser transmitter component, and it is made into a concentrating cavity after optical cold processing. The function of the light-gathering cavity in the laser component is to concentrate the light energy emitted by the lamp to the laser rod, and convert it into a 1064nm continuous laser through the energy level transition of the laser rod.
The ultraviolet light in the gas lamp is absorbed by the laser rod to produce a color center, which makes the laser unable to work normally; in addition, the radiation of 1064nm light in the gas lamp will consume part of the number of particles at the upper energy level of the laser, reducing the output of the laser, that is, the pumping effect. The new cut-off concentrator glass at both ends can absorb the ultraviolet light generated by the gas lamp, and can also absorb the 1064nm near-infrared light at the same time. It can effectively improve the reliability, service life and laser radiation efficiency of laser components.
